Our Manufacture

«Production Enterprise «Agro-Soyuz» (PE«Agro-Soyuz») — is modern high-tech manufacture producing following basic products:

Wide-cut No-Till seeding machines;
Prefabricated steel frame hangars with woven polyethylene fabric covering;
Process equipment for livestock-breeding facilities.

The major part of PE «Agro-Soyuz» products are exported to CIS countries and Western Europe. Manufacture subsidiaries in Russia and Kazakhstan ensure fulfillment of all treaty commitments to customers including terms and selected options availability under the each contract.

In September 2004 PE «Agro-Soyuz» was certified according to International Quality Management System ISO 9001-2001. PE «Agro-Soyuz» is a member of Agricultural Machinery Association of Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.

Design and production department of enterprise provides licensed product support, development of new products and options as well as updating of producible equipment. We continuously improve functionality, strength, durability and quality of the machines. Partnership with «HORSCH» designers allows manufacturing of agricultural equipment adapted to large sown areas of Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan.

Warranty and post-warranty service – is an obligatory element of enterprise culture. Mobile teams cover the whole territory of Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan. Service specialists train customers to operate modern machinery and put it into operation in the field. At least once a season they visit each customer for diagnostics, effectiveness evaluation and consulting (these services are free of charge for five years). In emergency cases they provide repair, adjustments and parts within the territory of Ukraine, CIS countries and Europe.

More than 150 partners directly participating the development, testing and manufacturing of products. Amongst them: The E. O. Paton Electric Welding Institute (PEWI), State Testing Center of Ministry of Agriculture of Russian Federation, «Horsch Mashinen» GmbH (Germany), CJSC «Rosava», «Metalvis» (Czech Republic), OJSC «Ural Pipe Works» (Russia), Ukrainian State Center for Testing and Forecasting of Technique and Technologies for Agricultural Industry of Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.

Technological range of the enterprise is widely represented be modern equipment of well-known West-European companies — PEDRAZZOLI, ERCOLINA, SUPRAREX, ABRASIV, ALTENDORF, BRANDT. For surface protection we use only two-component polyurethane primers and paints. Reliability of the painting corresponds to life-time of end product. Polyurethane painting is applied in modern covering and drying chamber.

1. Thefirststageofmetalpreparation — surfacecleaning. Metal must be shot blasted to reach the highest rate SAE2½. Special technological modes and parameters of grit ensure 100% cleaning of the surface and perfect preparation of metal for further processing. We use high-quality alloy metal.
2. Cutting of profiled pipes by computerized machines. These machines allow fast cutting on the any miter with an accuracy to 100 micron.
3. The heart of the enterprise – gas-plasma machine SUPRAREX of German company ESAB. Computerized system ensures high-quality and accurate (200-300 micron) cutting of sheet metal up to 100 mm thick.
4. The base for construction reliability is welding. Rotary berths enhance the quality of weld joints. Special composition of protective gases and welding materials from world leader — Swedish company «ESAB» and highly skilled welders ensure tight joints which do not require further cleaning. Our technology of welding process has received the highest evaluation of the specialists from The E. O. Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine

5. Before leaving the shop to end-product warehouse production should pass hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic tests. Machines are tested by quality control department together with shop specialists and service department. Special mobile station was developed and produced for this purpose. This station ensures fast functional testing and fulfillment of ecostandards in assembly shop.

Machine reliability – four world records within the period of 2003-2006. Three on-field records were held by our customers.

Reliability of the enterprise – in 2006 the enterprise passed the international audit of rating agency «Credit-Rating». According to the agency report positive factors included productivity growth within the last three years: manufacturing capacity of basic equipment was 6 times increased, power inputs per product unit were decreased by 12, 5% and this resulted in 2.5 times reduction of manufacture cost.

Innovations – implementation of new agricultural options and annual 30% updating of proposed range of equipment.
