Cultivator for surface tillage produced by «Agro-Soyuz» (Ukraine) – is versatile and highly-effective machine for basic tillage maintaining certain depth.
Cultivators «Agro-Soyuz» ensure:- Leveling of soil surface;
- Mechanical weed control;
- Keeping of more than 80% of stubbles on the surface.
After cultivation a layer of mulch and organic substance stays on the soil surface preventing erosion, silt accumulation, soil overheating and moisture evaporation.
Cultivators «Agro-Soyuz» are equipped with special points designed for full-width tillage with the depth of 5-10 cm.
Four-row construction ensures 1.20 m distance between rows of cultivator points and 30 cm distance between points.
Cultivator point penetrates soil at 10-15o angle. This small angle (chisel effect) is advantageous due to minor force required for soil penetration even on firm soils.
Cultivator «Agro-Soyuz» is equipped with Ukrainian-made points, 370 mm wide and may be equipped with Clip-On and Mulch-Mix points under request.
Sweeps and points Clip-On ensure full plane cutting with recovery of contact between cut layer and soil.
Mulch-Mix points are designed for deeper tillage. They cultivate soil and evenly mix stubbles with top layer of soil. Point tip (1) and point guide (2) are designed for deep cultivation (up to 28cm) and ensure improved mixing in comparison with other types of points.
We recommend using sweepers for soil preparation while seeding. Sugar-beets require deeper tillage ensured by Mulch-Mix points.
Cultivators «Agro-Soyuz» are equipped with shanks for point protection. Actuation force is 450 kg.

Durability and reliability of frame elements and fasteners ensure endurance of machine.
Three-row spike harrow ensures fine leveling, grinding and back soil surface firming.
Spring loaded spike harrow allows mechanical adjustment of height and angle.
Four rows of points and power three-row harrow ensure perfect soil leveling.
Cultivators «Agro-Soyuz» do not leave large clods and conserve natural structure of soil.
Capacity ofcultivators
Capacity of cultivator comes to 20 hectares per 24 hours with traveling speed 10-15 km/h and tillage depth up to 10 cm.
Cultivator «Agro-Soyuz» is capable to tile up to 400 hectares per 24 hours.
Updating of cultivator
Cultivator «Agro-Soyuz» is offered in two versions ACK 12.30 and ACK 18.30 (with operational width of 11, 7 and 18, 3 m accordingly), each model is foldable and equipped with hydraulic cylinders. Transport width is 6.1 m. Cultivator ACK 18.30 is consisted of 5 sections, ACK 12.30 – of 3 sections.
